1、 Basic information of the project
The second phase of the sewage treatment plant project of Shantou Chaonan Textile Printing and Dyeing Environmental Protection Comprehensive Treatment Center - Water Treatment Facility Project (hereinafter referred to as the Water Treatment Project) is located on the YR-B-0501 plot of Shantou Chaonan Textile Printing and Dyeing Environmental Protection Comprehensive Treatment Center, with geographical coordinates of E116 ° 32 ′ 24.555 "and N23 ° 9 ′ 37.629". The designed water supply scale is 60000m3/d, and the water source is taken from Wugou Reservoir. The "flocculation reaction precipitation filtration" treatment process is adopted, and the service object is the printing and dyeing enterprises settled in Shantou Chaonan Textile Printing and Dyeing Environmental Protection Comprehensive Treatment Center. The total investment is 70 million yuan.
2、 Main environmental impacts and pollution prevention measures
1. Wastewater: During the production and operation period, the sludge water from the sedimentation tank flows into the sludge water regulating tank for sedimentation, and the upper part of the clear water flows back to the reuse water tank. Finally, it flows back to the mixing tank and is mixed with the raw water for reuse; The concentrated sludge water in the lower part is transported to the sludge treatment area of the Shantou Chaonan Textile Printing and Dyeing Environmental Protection Comprehensive Treatment Center for centralized treatment. The backwash water from the filtration tank flows into the reuse water tank and eventually returns to the mixing tank to mix with the raw water for reuse. Therefore, there is no drainage situation during the production process of this project. Domestic sewage is treated by a three-stage septic tank and discharged into the Shantou Chaonan Textile Printing and Dyeing Environmental Protection Comprehensive Treatment Center Sewage Treatment Plant.
2. Noise: During operation, the main source of noise is mechanical power noise generated by equipment operation. Measures such as selecting low-noise equipment, noise reduction and shock absorption, building sound insulation, and strengthening operation management and maintenance are taken to reduce noise.
3. Solid waste: The solid waste generated during the operation period of the project mainly includes household waste, general industrial solid waste, and hazardous waste. After being classified and collected, household waste is handed over to the environmental sanitation department for cleaning and disposal. General industrial solid waste is collected and sold to relevant resource recycling units for comprehensive utilization. Hazardous waste is planned to be collected and handed over to qualified units for recycling and disposal.
