Construction location: North Gaoyang County Sewage Treatment Plant, Yangjiatun Village, north of Gaoren Road, Gaoyang County, Baoding City, Hebei Province. The center coordinates of the factory site are E115 ° 48 ′ 36.79 ″ and N38 ° 41 ′ 47.54 ″.
The main construction content and scale of the project include: building one air flotation tank (including a floating slag collection tank) on the basis of the original Phase III project, constructing one intermediate lift pump room, distribution well, and sludge pump tank, constructing two secondary sedimentation tanks, and constructing one Babbitt metering tank. The renovated buildings include: coarse grid and inlet pump room (renovation), regulating tank (renovation), fine grid and coagulation sedimentation tank (renovation), comprehensive tank hydrolysis acidification tank (renovation), comprehensive tank AA0 biological tank (renovation), MBR membrane tank and equipment room (renovation), and dosing room (renovation). The original Phase I and Phase II projects only involved partial renovation of buildings and structures, and did not involve new construction projects. The renovated buildings include: biological tank, first stage contact disinfection tank, aerated biological filter, ultrafiltration membrane workshop, concentration tank, sludge dewatering room - stage sand filter.

2、 Current engineering and environmental protection situation
Project Overview:
Gaoyang County Sewage Treatment Plant is an urban sewage treatment plant that combines domestic sewage within the county area with industrial wastewater from surrounding industrial zones for mixed treatment. As of now, Gaoyang County's sewage treatment plant has built and operated one set of sewage treatment facilities with a daily production capacity of 200000 m3/d (Phase I and Phase II), one set of sewage treatment facilities with a daily production capacity of 60000 m3/d (Phase III), and one set of reclaimed water utilization treatment facilities with a daily production capacity of 40000 m3/d and 20000 m3/d respectively.
Overview of Environmental Protection Measures:
Waste gas: The existing engineering waste gas mainly comes from the foul odor generated by various sewage treatment units. The existing project will collect various odor producing equipment in a closed manner and send them to biological deodorization facilities for treatment and emission through a 15m exhaust pipe after meeting the standards.
Wastewater: The employee domestic sewage, ultrafiltration membrane flushing wastewater, solvent solution, and sludge dewatering machine flushing water generated by the project are all treated in the existing sewage treatment system in the factory area.
Noise: The noise in this project mainly comes from the operation of various pumps, air compressors, blowers and other equipment. After taking measures such as basic shock absorption, hose connection, sealed sound insulation, distance attenuation, and green belt sound insulation, the factory boundary can meet the emission standards.
Solid waste: The solid waste in this project mainly includes employee household waste, grid slag, sludge, online monitoring waste liquid, and waste packaging. Zha slag and employee household waste are cleared and disposed of by the environmental sanitation department. After deep dehydration treatment in the factory area, the sludge is handed over to Hebei Changrun Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. for disposal. Online monitoring of waste liquid and waste packaging is regularly handed over to qualified units for disposal.
